Hey! I'm Amber, a certified Life Coach with a profound passion for health and wellbeing. My journey began in 2018 when I qualified as a personal trainer, driven by a commitment to help others lead healthier, more fulfilling lives. Although my career in training was interrupted by the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic, this period of reflection allowed me to deepen my understanding of holistic health.


My personal experiences have significantly shaped my approach. Since being diagnosed with OCD and Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD) in 2014, I've learned and used many techniques and strategies personally to find a way to overcome and manage these conditions in my day to day life. I have learnt how to recognise triggers, what helps, and what doesn’t, and these insights now form a cornerstone of my holistic coaching approach.


Today, I focus on guiding individuals toward a balanced and joyful life through an approach that embraces every aspect of wellbeing. My work encompasses nutrition, hydration, movement, sleep, and self-care, all tailored to promote mental and physical harmony. I believe in empowering people to enhance their lives through sustainable practices, free from restrictive or rigid methods.


With a deep understanding of both personal and professional challenges, I am committed to helping others unlock their full potential and achieve lasting, positive change in their lives. Together, we can explore your individual journey toward a more fulfilling and balanced life.

What can I help you with?

  • With my previous experience and knowledge gained as a personal trainer, I have a great understanding of how exercise and movement can positively impact both your physical and mental health. I can help you to introduce exercise in a way that you can enjoy, as well as teaching you how to sustain these changes to your lifestyle.

  • I can provide you with guidance on how to change your diet without the need to restrict the things you love, while improving health, fitness levels, and mood.

  • I can help you to identify areas of stress in your life, and teach you about the negative impact stress has on the body and mind. We will then look at how to implement strategies to better manage stress and improve your overall health and wellbeing.

  • A common scenario - you know what you need to do to improve your health, but every time you try, you can't sustain it and end up back to square one, or worse, a few steps back.

    I can help you to implement changes and create new habits using techniques which will ensure you make changes for good this time!

1 to 1 coaching

1 to 1 coaching sessions are 50 minutes long and can be carried out either via zoom or telephone call.

Block of 4 coaching sessions

£220

Pay upfront for a block of 4 1 to 1 coaching sessions at a discounted rate.
